Return & Refund Policy – Bamboo Shootz

We want you to love your Bamboo Shootz purchase. If your receive a damaged or incorrect product, please review our return and refund guidelines below. Returns and refunds are applicable only in such cases. 

  1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacement 

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products, and strictly for replacement purpose only.

  • Returns & Replacements are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Certain items such as personal care products (e.g., bamboo toothbrushes) and custom-made items are non-returnable for hygiene and customization reasons.

    2. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. 

  • Share clear phots along with the mandatory unboxing video. 

  • Upon Verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. 

   3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify your of the status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

   4. Return Shipping
         Return shipping costs will be reimbursed or deducted, as applicable, in cases             where the product is defective or an incorrect item was shipped.
